Cyber hacking has always been in news with many famous attacks surfacing time and again. These attacks have come up as a major global problem as even the smallest of attack in a major organization’s websites and information systems can lead to huge losses. Moreover, in recent past, hacking is often used as a substitute to physical trans-national attacks. Many people get fascinated by the power of these electronic attacks and often try to imitate it in vain due to the presence of powerful protections in high priority networks which may be nearly impossible to break for a newbie. If somehow, you get through it, you are committing a heinous crime and the consequences can be disastrous. The best thing in such cases is a simulation based on hacking and RVL Hacker v.1.0 provides a safe and fully featured platform for this.
RVL Hacker v.1.0 is a game based on a hacker who is trying to prevent an attack with the same gravity as that of the most famous Botnet attacks in the recent past. The game revolves around a character named Alex D. who is an employee at a software company and tries to attack the cover-up firm for National Security Agency, but somehow gets caught. Now, in exchange for his plea for freedom, Alex gets the task of working for NSA in its secret missions. The overall game has been designed with an aim of putting a challenge to the player’s intelligence and logic with the combination of a number of logic puzzles and tasks of examining bits of information and codes to seek to get to the target. You have to draw out strategies involving cracking the servers that come in your way while you move towards the target.
Overall, RVL Hacker v.1.0 is a nicely designed game where you can safely exercise all your fascinations for the logic and massive scale cyber attacks without the risk of legal consequences, leading it to score four and a half out of five.
